It's that special day of the year
So we opened our friend Enrico @rivetto zero dosage, blanc de noir Nebbiolo sparkler.
A beauty to tickle the palate on this special day

Dinner this evening was a pollo Milanese with a side of Melanzane parmigiana.
The biodynamic wine from our friend Enrico @rivetto a skin contact Nascetta was just sublime and followed by caffé and grappa from Poli.

It's Thursday evening but we are treating it as Friday and this Barbera just blew our mind. Rich and soothing on the palate from our friend Enrico @rivetto

Last night in Alba and after a rather traditional lunch in Turin with @TheWatchfulCook we decided to have a light salad in.
Being in what was an old winery of @rivetto (now Rivetto suites) we picked Enrico's full of character Nascetta from the shelf, a great white wine

41.8 ml. Why is this number so important for @rivetto? This is the total #rainfall received in the period prior to the #Nebbiolo #harvest. A year characterized by heat and drought ended with optimistic expectations for the Nebbiolo from #Barolo.

@devecs @RussellVine1981 Whenever we come to Alba we always visit to buy some wine. The apartment we stop in is just around the corner and is the coverted old @rivetto winery in the town
