@trafficchd Quick question regarding traffic signal timings: Yesterday, I crossed an intersection where the green light skipped directly from 2 to 0 seconds, followed by an unusually short 1-second yellow light. Standard lights give 3 seconds. Any idea why this happened?

​Went to court to clear a challan they said red-light challans are handled at the traffic line. Went there, was told it’d show up on the Virtual Court site in 2-3days. It’s been 2weeks no SMS, no details online! Why make us run around in this heat while you sit in AC?
