@medinaimages @JoshuaTCharles Catechumens who—through no fault of their own—die prior to baptism, still receive the full fruits of it.
Its importance does not imply that it needs to be rushed.
@TheOneWhoSmods @prageru I think they are a couple.
I also think she’ll start cheating on him within 5 years …
…
Oh hell, who am I kidding. She’s probably cheating on him now.
@ToddKrieger1@prageru I have no problem with it either … but it’s a lifestyle choice that leads the majority of its adherents to misery later in life. When people start boldly proclaiming otherwise, I speak up.
@WallStreetSilv Weird … I’ve been told non-stop that my parents were able to afford a house, two cars, an RV, private education, college, and a private jet on one income.
Turns out they were struggling just as much to pay for a mortgage as this generation.
@BoSnerdley@nypost I honestly prefer this to the most likely alternative, which is having to sit next to that woman on the plane for 4 hours.
If I were on that plane, I’d have a lot of indigestion … spend a lot of time in the bathroom.
@jdunwell Things you will do:
- loving others
- washing the feet of others (service)
- considering the interests of others as my own
- denying myself and taking up my cross daily.
- spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Things you will not do:
- Renounce Satan
@ilovenostalgia I remember my dad stopping to buy gas for the truck when it still had a half a tank, because it was $0.97/gallon.
He explicitly said he didn’t need gas yet, but couldn’t walk away from that price.
