The work of illegal mining goes on 24 hours and due to the pollution caused by it, the people of the area keep the windows of their houses closed. Hundreds of children living in this area are suffering from lung disease due to the dust from the mining.

Due to the fear of mining mafia, the family members do not allow their children to go out of the house. The family members fear that due to the movement of the Tipper Truck, their children might meet with an accident.

Navi Mumbai Police is requested to take the matter into immediate cognizance and take strict legal action against the guilty mining mafia.

Note - Dumping of illegal mining is being done even at this time. Mining mafia says he bribes the police of the area not to act. That is why no legal action has been taken against him by the police till date.
