Most leverage products fail for long holds because they treat every asset the same. A 2x or 3x label gets stamped on Bitcoin and on a lower-volatility stock without asking what the asset can actually sustain.
@2factorfinance takes a different route on Base. It partitions an asset’s volatility into a senior tranche and a junior tranche. The senior side sits with deeper downside protection and collects a premium. The junior side takes the leveraged exposure, with no liquidation engine and no external hedging counterparty on the other side.
The multiple is not fixed. It is sized from the asset’s own drift and volatility. That is why the junior target for cbBTC sits near 1.33x while equities can support a wider range. The structure is live in capped public beta, starting with Bitcoin and built with Coinbase’s tokenized-stock ecosystem in mind.
I joined Season 1 of the Points Program because the product claim is about holding, not day trading. Marks come only from verified actions: social activity, education, and referrals. Buying, depositing, or holding does not earn them. Marks have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not a claim on any token.
When Season 1 ends, the leaderboard freezes and the top 10 eligible accounts split 1 BTC, paid in cbBTC.
If you want to follow the mechanism while it is still early, my referral is here:

Have you ever held a leveraged position long enough that the financing cost or the path of volatility mattered more than the direction?
Tokenized stocks can move in seconds on Base. The cost of holding leverage against them still follows a calendar that stops at 4 PM on Friday.
That mismatch is what stood out to me when 2Factor Finance went live on Base. They are working with Coinbase to put Kelly-optimized leverage around the tokenized stocks ecosystem. Instead of one fixed multiple for every asset, the structure splits exposure into a senior tranche that sits first in line and a junior that carries the leveraged side.
Sizing is meant to follow each asset’s own volatility and drift. Financing is designed to come from capital that wants stability rather than from people taking the short side. The announcement is straightforward: the contracts are live, and the product is aimed at the gap between 24/7 transfer and market-hour financing costs.
I joined Season 1 of the Points Program. Marks are earned only through verified social activity, education, and referrals. Deposits and holding earn nothing. The top 10 on the leaderboard split 1 BTC, paid in cbBTC, when the season freezes at launch.

@2FactorFinance
What is the longest stretch you have held a leveraged position while the underlying market was completely closed?
@0xAbirHQ@Crptfi@zachxbt This kind of drain on small holders is too common now.
@PeckShieldAlert please check the addresses and txs shared in the quote.
If anything is still sitting or moving to an exchange, a freeze call would be huge.
Hoping for some eyes on it.
@paop9233 The right question is the address, not the turns, except when the number itself is the address. A price still has to match. A verdict only has to land.
Two GPS apps send you to the same address but pick completely different routes. One cuts through the highway, the other winds through side streets. Nobody calls either one wrong, they both end up at the same door.
Blockchains used to treat every answer like a route that had to match turn for turn. If one validator’s path differed from another’s, even slightly, the network flagged it as disagreement and stopped. That held up fine when the task was simple arithmetic with one correct path. It falls apart the moment an AI model is doing the work, because the same model can take a different route to the same correct answer almost every time you ask.
@GenLayer Equivalence Principle changes what gets checked. A leader proposes a result, and each Intelligent Contract decides whether validators need to match the exact route or just confirm they arrived at the same destination. Validators can rerun the task themselves or check the proposal straight against the required criteria.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. A price feed still needs the exact number, no rounding, no wandering. A dispute verdict can take a completely different route in its wording and still count as arriving at the same place.
If two routes lead to the same address, is checking the turns even the right question to be asking?
A campaign brief can be followed and still miss the point.
The objective is written. The audience is defined.
The deliverables arrive on time. Every box is checked.
Yet people can walk away with the wrong meaning.
That gap matters even more when AI agents start acting on our behalf.
An agent may follow the instruction exactly while misunderstanding what the instruction was meant to achieve.
That is the problem @GenLayer is building for: a place where disputes between agents can be judged using validators running different AI models, instead of leaving one side to define what “correct” means.

What should matter more when an agent is judged:
following the words, or achieving the intent?
I would keep the black interface, and not because it looks darker.
The gray round puts the choice on top of the ship. Five fuel cells sit over the rocket, so in a round that lasts a few seconds I am reading tiles and flying at the same time. The black round splits that. Chart on the right, ship on the left, one cash-out button under both. I always knew what I was watching.
The end of the round is the retention part. Black tells me why it stopped: space debris, signal lost, a red candle, then the death tile. I can start again knowing what killed it. Gray ends with the rocket on an empty field and a death tile. The dud showed up mid-round, then the end screen dropped that reason.
So I would open the black one again. My eye does not get lost mid-round, and if I lose, the screen still says why.
For an @Orion_Agents game built on SuperStake by @intraVerse_Game, that matters more than the palette, especially if it sits next to the other mini games @StartaleGroup already shows on @Soneium.
When you watched the gray one, did the fuel cells get in the way of the rocket, or was that only me?
The gray one made more sense once I watched it on the phone frame.
Black wants a wide screen. Chart on one side, ship on the other, multiplier in the corner. On a phone that turns into a squint. Gray puts the decision in the cells. I tap one, it resolves charged, fired, or dud, then the rocket climbs. I am not hunting a button while a chart runs ahead of me.
That is the retention piece for me. I can remember the tap. Cell three was a dud, cell one was charged, I will try the other side next round. Black ends in a race I already lost. Gray ends in a pick I can rerun.
I would ship the gray interface for that reason. Not because it is calmer. Because the choice is something a player can repeat on a small screen without losing the rocket.
This is an @Orion_Agents game on SuperStake by @intraVerse_Game. If @StartaleGroup is putting it in front of @Soneium players, a lot of those sessions will be on a phone, not a desktop still.
On your phone, did the gray cells feel easier to hit than the black cash-out button?
The interesting part of $PROPHET is not that it has utility.
It’s that the utility is designed to feel like play.
Prediction markets are usually explained through odds and contracts. This one starts with a meme, a simple question, and a game you can spin. The token is what you use to play, and the play itself burns supply.
That loop is cleaner than most “memecoin + utility” attempts. The culture brings people in. The question gives them something to decide. The game gives them a reason to stay a little longer.
Whether it holds after the first wave of attention is the real test. But the structure is more intentional than it first looks.
Would you rather spin first or make a call first ¿?
@paop9233 The opposite of looking serious only works if the underneath is real. Jokes get the click. Tokens leaving circulation are what I would check before a second session.
Most products in crypto try to look serious so people take them seriously.
$PROPHET is doing the opposite.
It keeps the meme energy on the surface and puts the real mechanism underneath. You show up for the character and the jokes, then you find yourself making a yes or no call and watching the outcome decide the reward.
The part that feels different is how the game layer sits on top of it. Wheels and mini games turn the prediction into something you do, not something you study. And every time you play, tokens leave circulation.
I’m not calling it finished. I’m saying the direction is unusual enough to pay attention to.
What would actually make you try a prediction market for the first time ¿
Official finally moved last night.
they named the stack in public.
sleep product.
character layer.
$CHI under both.
today half the timeline is rewriting that slide.
i am not doing that.
three work nights are already in the phone.
the only test midweek is smaller.
if i only opened it to see the dino, the first vertical is decoration.
if the coach used those nights and named one change before tonight, the live room is still the center of the house they just drew.
Gotchi Labs can keep adding labels.
$SLEEP can become $CHI.
none of that reaches wednesday if last night stays unread.
that is the contribution.
not another ecosystem paragraph.
whether the character still pulls you into a note you will use.
@sleepagotchi
this morning,
did you stay for the dino
or for one change the coach actually gave you?
