Tried calling them, on the phone for over an hour. They say no reason for rejection. Jus wait and wait. They say resubmit, but Im not able to resubmit, that option is not available. The call center is not able to help. They say back end technical issue, no solution.

@roadto2022en Im not able to resubmit or start a fresh application. No response to email, and call center jus says” we are sorry, wait , wait “.May be I should wait until next Worldcup. I have valid tickets and made plans to travel as well. No one is helping to resolve.

@roadto2022en My hayya was approved and even received a physical card, I made arrangements for my travel, but on Oct 26th my Hayya got rejected without any reason. Trying to get help through email, call center but without any support. Very poor customer care representative.
