@Conred66680943 Our problem isn't the rejection but the inconvenience of initially granting preapproval, then rejecting it, causing further issues. We could have secured preapproval from another insurer we had used before.

@Conred66680943 If they had given a reason or denied the claim before surgery, we could have explored other options. But now, post-surgery, we're stuck. Switching to CareInsurance turned out to be a huge mistake.
