@PlayStation @helldivers2 The game requirement for login was sold on false present as for the psn account it was not a requirement but on the sony website on there FAO it stated : Signing in to PSN is OPTIONAL when playing a playstation game on pc. there is enough screen shots for this. you have a duty to the consumer to back this up. We have been mislead with buying this game. If you require all this information reach out and i will happliy forward all this information to you.

@CorsairSupport so i may have found what the problem is with HS80 Max switching off auto shut off on the headset i no longer have problems of headset disconnecting or disappearing from icue.
P.S you will have to switch the headset off manually just a reminder.
