FALSE Promise of MG Motors

Purchase:
I purchased an MG Comet EV Excite FC model car from RAAM MG in Hyderabad on May 30.

Problem:
After 10 days, my car ceased charging. Consequently, I took it to the RAAM MG service center.

@Crypticlues_cal Yes in my case , @raamgroup_mg dealer sent me official email that my warranty is declined and reason they stated is I used non MG charger (axonify). Funny part is axonify is official partner of MG for charging infra. So by this logic we can not travel any where without mgcharger

But on eHUB app you have tie up with all changing vendors.

I filed a complaint with MG Customer Care on June 14(5287312), but no resolution has been obtained despite my daily follow-ups.

Warranty Decline:
After 10 days of investigation, the service center identified that the charging components of my car were damaged. Consequently, the warranty on my new 10-day-old car was declined.

Points to Be Noted:
- AXONIFY is an official partner of MG for providing charging infrastructure.
- Logically you are saying, all customers should not use any other chargers while traveling or outside. Always use MG chargers

Reason for Warranty Decline:
According to RAAM MG, I should only use MG-provided chargers, not any third-party chargers like AXONIFY.
