Dr K.K. Kashyap, Civil Surgeon, with support from PSI India, led the formation of #Araria's District Coordination Committee, the first in #Bihar, to boost inter-departmental #collaboration. The committee, comprising government and development partner representatives, held its inaugural meeting on August 31, 2024. As the district's apex body, it will #converge stakeholders to enhance #RMNCH+A services, focusing on #FamilyPlanning for the underprivileged, and exploring Public-Private Partnerships to address service gaps.
