مولانا فضل الرحمٰن جیسے سینئر سیاستدان، جو خود ��ہشت گردی کا شکار رہے ہیں، ان سے دہشت گردی کی پشت پناہی کرنے والوں کی حمایت کی توقع نہیں تھی۔ نااہلی، نالائقی اور کرپشن سے خیبر پختونخوا کی بربادی کے ذمہ داروں کو کٹہرے میں کھڑا کرنے کے بجائے ان کی حمایت میں بات کرنا نہایت افسوسناک ہے۔

جن کی حمایت میں بیانات جاری ہو رہے ہیں، ان سے پوچھا جائے کہ کیا تیرہ سال میں وہ کسی ایک شہید کے جنازے میں بھی شریک ہوئے؟ الٹا دہشت گردوں کو پناہ دی، انہیں پالا پوسا اور پاکستان پر حملہ آور ہونے کے لیے وسائل، پناہ گاہیں اور اپنے صوبے کی زمین فراہم کی۔

یہ وہی لوگ ہیں جنہوں نے خیبر پختونخوا میں نااہلی کے انبار لگا دیے، وہاں کے عوام کی زندگیاں تباہ و برباد کر دیں اور انہیں دہشت گردی کی نذر کر دیا۔ صوبے کے قیمتی وسائل دھرنوں اور احتجاجوں پرخرچ کر دیے، اور تیرہ قیمتی سال کرپشن اور نالائقی کی نذر کر دیے۔

جس سپہ سالار نے معرکۂ ح�� میں ملک کو تاریخی فتح سے ہمکنار کیا اور جس کی قیادت میں پاکستان کو حرمین شریفین کے تحفظ کا اعزاز ملا، اس کے بارے میں مولانا صاحب کے الفاظ نے ہر محبِ وطن پاکستانی کا دل دکھایا ہے۔

پاک فوج کے افسر اور جوان آج بھی دہشت گردی کا ناسور ختم کرنے کے لیے سینوں پر گولیاں کھا رہے ہیں۔ ہر روز کسی ماں کا لختِ جگر، کسی بہن کا بھائی اور کسی کا شوہر سبز ہلالی پرچم میں لپٹ کر گھر آتا ہے۔ان شہیدوں کے لہو کو سلام پیش کرنے اور اپنی فوج کے ساتھ کھڑے ہونے کے بجائے دہشت گردی کے خاتمے کی راہ میں رکاوٹ بننے والوں کا ساتھ دینا آپ کے شایانِ شان نہیں۔

آپ کی جماعت نے خود دہشت گردی کے زخم سہے ہیں، آپ کے ساتھیوں نے شہادتیں دی ہیں۔ اور جن کی حمایت میں آج آپ کھڑے ہیں، کل یہی آپ کے بارے میں انتہائی ناشائستہ زبان استعمال کرتے اور ذاتی ح��لے کرتے رہے ہیں۔ دہشت گردی کے متاثرین کا دہشت گردی کی پشت پناہی کرنے والوں کے ساتھ کھڑا ہونا کم از کم میری سمجھ سے باہر ہے۔

خیبر پختون خواہ میں میں اپنی حکومت کے خاتمے کا ذمہ دار اور کوئی نہیں تحریک انصاف خود ہے۔

خیبر پختونخوا کے بھائیوں اور بہنوں کو تیرہ برس صرف دھرنے،انتشار، گالم گلوچ اور سستے ٹرینڈز ملے۔ آج اگر خیبر پختونخوا گورنر راج اور ایمرجنسی کی باتیں سن رہا ہے تو یہ عوام کا نہیں،تیرہ سالہ نااہلی کا قصور ہے

خیبر پختونخوا کے بھائیوں اور بہنوں سے سوال ہے کہ پنجاب اور خیبر پختونخوا ا��ک ہی ملک میں ہیں،ایک ہی آئین اور ایک ہی قومی خزانے کے حصہ دار ہیں،پھر ایک صوبے میں ترقی کا سفر اور دوسرے میں تنزلی اور بدامنی کیوں؟ فرق وسائل کا نہیں، نیت اور اہلیت کا ہے۔
اگر پنجاب ستھرا ہو سکتا ہے تو خیبر پختونخوا کیوں نہیں؟ کیونکہ وہاں صفائی نہیں، صرف سیاست ہوئی۔
اگر پنجاب کے ہونہار بچوں کو اسکالرشپ مل سکتی ہے تو خیبر پختونخوا کے بچوں کو کیوں نہیں؟ کیونکہ وہاں ترجیح بچے نہیں، دھرنے تھے۔
اگر پنجاب کی مائیں بے فکر ہیں تو خیبر پختونخوا کی مائیں خوف میں کیوں؟ کیونکہ وہاں توجہ عوام کی حفاظت پر نہیں، اسلام آباد پر چڑھائی پر رہی۔
اگر پنجاب میں گرین الیکٹرو بسیں چل سکتی ہیں تو خیبر پختونخوا میں کیوں نہیں؟ کیونکہ ��ہاں منصوبے زمین پر نہیں، صرف سوشل میڈیا پر چلے۔
اگر پنجاب کے گاؤں تک پختہ سڑکیں پہنچ سکتی ہیں تو خیبر پختونخوا کی سڑکیں ادھوری کیوں؟ کیونکہ وہاں وعدے ہوئے، کام نہیں۔
اگر پنجاب میں مفت دوا، فیلڈ ہسپتال اور کلینک آن ویلز دہلیز پر ہیں تو خیبر پختونخوا کا مریض بے بس کیوں؟ کیونکہ وہاں عوام کی صحت سے زیادہ اقتدار عزیز رہا۔

"کیوں" کا جواب ایک ہی ہے: تیرہ سالہ انتشار اور نااہلی!
پنجاب نے ثابت کر دیا کہ حکومتیں بڑھکوں سے نہیں، کام، کام اور کام سے چلتی ہیں۔خیبر پختونخوا کو اب انتشار نہیں، خدمت چاہیے۔

I am honoured to announce that the historic ‘Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding’ has been electronically signed today between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran. The Memorandum has been signed by honourable Presidents of both the countries and also endorsed by me as the mediator. The signing of this agreement at the highest level of the respective governments demonstrates the commitment of both sides to a diplomatic resolution of the conflict. Islamabad MoU shall enter into force with immediate effect and as a first step, Islamic Republic of Iran will instantly reopen the Strait of Hormuz and the United States of America will immediately lift the naval blockade.

I offer my heartfelt congratulations and sincere appreciation to the President of the United States, Donald J. Trump whose steadfast commitment to diplomacy and preference for peaceful resolution have once again helped end a conflict that could have led to devastating consequences for the region and beyond. I also commend the dedication and tireless efforts of the United States negotiating team, including J.D. Vance, Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, for their invaluable contributions to this achievement.

I express my profound respect and appreciation to His Eminence Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of Islamic Republic of Iran and President Masoud Pezeshkian for their wisdom, foresight and statesmanship in embracing the cause of peace. I also wish to recognize the efforts of the Iranian negotiating team, including Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, Abbas Araghchi and Eskandar Momeni, whose patience, perseverance and commitment to constructive engagement were instrumental in bringing this agreement to fruition.

I would especially like to acknowledge the sincere efforts and constructive engagement of the leadership of the State of Qatar in helping reach this point. I also highly commend the leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Republic of Türkiye and the Arab Republic of Egypt for their indispensable role and invaluable contributions in this regard.

I would also like to make special mention of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, whose tireless efforts, selfless dedication and instrumental role were critical in facilitating this breakthrough and advancing the cause of peace and regional stability.

May this Memorandum of Understanding serve as an enduring foundation for greater understanding, mutual respect and shared prosperity for the complete region.

Following intensive talks, we are pleased to announce that the Peace Deal between the United States of America and Islamic Republic of Iran has been REACHED. Both sides have declared the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon.

The official signing ceremony will be on Friday, 19 June in Switzerland.

We would like to thank the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran for their commitment to finding a diplomatic solution to the conflict. We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to our brothers in this mediation effort, the great leadership of State of Qatar, for their support in reaching this agreement. I would also especially thank the visionary leadership of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Republic of Türkiye for their immense contributions in this regard.

With the agreement now in place, mediators will facilitate a series of meetings this week. These pre-implementation discussions will lay the foundation for the technical talks and the official signing ceremony.

▫️سپریم کورٹ کی رائے نے مہاجر نشستوں کے معاملے پر حکومت کے مؤقف کو درست ثابت کر دیا اور دباؤ کی سیاست کو مسترد کر دیا۔

▫️عدالت نے قرار دیا کہ 12 مہاجر نشستیں آرٹیکل 22 کے تحت آئ��نی تحفظ رکھتی ہیں اور انہیں انتظامی فیصلے سے تبدیل نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔

▫️ سپریم کورٹ کے مطابق مہاجر نشستوں میں کسی بھی تبدیلی کے لیے آرٹیکل 33 کے تحت آئینی ترمیم ناگزیر ہے۔

▫️عدالت کی رائے نے عوامی ایکشن کمیٹی کے اس مؤقف کو مسترد کر دیا کہ آئینی مطالبات سڑکوں کے دباؤ سے منوائے جا سکتے ہیں۔

▫️سپریم کورٹ نے حکومت کے اس فیصلے کی توثیق کی کہ باقی ماندہ آئینی معاملات منتخب اسمبلی کے سپرد کیے جائیں۔

▫️عدالت نے واضح کیا کہ آئینی ترمیم عوامی مینڈیٹ، پارلیمانی بحث اور آئینی طریقۂ کار سے ہی ممکن ہے۔

▫️آرٹیکل 22(4) کے تحت انتخابات کا بروقت انعقاد لازمی ہے، احتجاج یا سیاسی تنازع اس میں رکاوٹ نہیں بن سکتا۔

▫️سپریم کورٹ نے قرار دیا کہ انتخابات کے انعقاد اور امن و امان کے تحفظ کی آئینی ذمہ داری ریاست پر عائد ہوتی ہے۔

▫️عدالت نے واضح کیا کہ پرامن احتجاج آئینی حق ہے، لیکن سڑکوں کی بندش، دھونس اور معمولاتِ زندگی میں خلل آئینی تحفظ حاصل نہیں کرتے۔

▫️عدالتی رائے نے انتخابات اور ریاستی اداروں میں مداخلت کرنے والوں کے خلاف قانونی کارروائی کی بنیاد کو مزید مضبوط کر دیا۔

▫️سپریم کورٹ نے قرار دیا کہ آئینی تبدیلی کا راستہ اسمبلی اور ووٹ ہے، دباؤ اور محاذ آرائی نہیں۔

▫️باقی ماندہ دو مطالبات پر حکومت کا مؤقف درست ثابت ہوا، آئینی مسائل کا حل صرف آئینی طریقۂ کار سے ممکن ہے۔

▫️عدالت نے واضح کیا کہ آئینی سوالات کا فیصلہ منتخب نمائندے کریں گے، نہ کہ سڑکوں پر دباؤ ڈالنے والے گروہ۔

▫️سپریم کورٹ کی رائے نے آئین کی بالادستی، قانون کی حکمرانی اور ریاست کے امن و استحکام کے تحفظ کے مؤقف کو تقویت دی۔

سیالکوٹ شہر وتحصیل سے کشمیر اسمبلی کی ایک سالم سیٹ ھے ۔ اور پاکستان قومی اسمبلی کی دو نشستیں ھیں ۔ باقی پاکستان میں کشمیر اسمبلی کے حلقے پھیلے ھوۓ ھیں۔ یہاں کشمیری مہاجروں کی زیادہ تعداد جموں سے ھے۔ اکتوبر 1947 میں مہاجر دو لاکھ سے زائد جانوں کی قربانی دیکر سیالکوٹ شہر اور تحصیل میں آکر بسے ۔ لاکھوں عصمتیں لٹیں ھزا��وں بیٹیاں اغوا ھوئیں ۔ آپ کسطرح ان مہاجروں انکے حق سے محروم کر سکتے ھیں ۔
کئی دہائیاں ان مہاجروں نےنہایت کسمپرسی کی حالت میں گزاری ۔ زندگی کی بنیادی سہولتوں سے محروم رہے۔ ان لوگوں نے آزادی کی بہت مہنگی قیمت ادا کی ھوئی ھے۔

اپنی راۓ کو تسلیم کرانے کے لئے جمہوری رستہ اپنائیں ۔

On my personal behalf and on behalf of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, I sincerely thank President Trump for graciously accepting our request to extend the ceasefire to allow ongoing diplomatic efforts to take their course.

With the trust and confidence reposed in, Pakistan shall continue its earnest efforts for negotiated settlement of conflict.

I sincerely hope that both sides will continue to observe the ceasefire and be able to conclude a comprehensive ‘Peace Deal’ during the second round of talks scheduled at Islamabad for a permanent end to the conflict.
