Often folks get caught up in the 'what' and the 'how' ... building fancy widgets, complex systems, or elegant algorithms.

But if we haven't figured out the fundamental why, the core problem it solves, the true value it delivers, then what you've got is a solution looking for a problem.

Idea: White-Label Pro Services

The concept of adding Pro Services / Done For You offering isn't new.

But most SaaS companies avoid it because the founder doesn't want to build a Services division.

Well you don't have to!

In hindsight, I missed out on millions in revenue 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Did you know that many big companies often partner with a white-label solutions partner that handle Pro Services for them.

Last year, I met these two founders Ryan & Gautam, and they run a white-label development agency called Seahawk Media (@seahawkmedia).

Behind the scenes, they handle custom website development projects, website maintenance, and more for some of the biggest web hosting companies on the planet!

I loved their energy so decided to invest in the company.

Of course, we also launched Pro Services across several of our brands, and the results are AMAZING.

We always had customers who wanted us to:

- Build custom website for them
- Offer website maintenance service
- Help them speed up their site
- Offer emergency WordPress support
- Do custom development work

... and now we're able to offer that without increasing the operational overhead or distracting our team's focus.

Everything is handled behind the scenes by the team at Seahawk.

If you haven't dug deeper into white-label services for your business, then you may want to reconsider because it's a hidden growth opportunity :)

There's a whole marketplace for white-label services & tools that you can offer to your customers and implement in your business model where it makes sense.

It's a no brainer for any:

- WordPress plugin / theme companies to offer Pro Services

- Marketing agencies to offer website development services and maintenance plans (recurring revenue)

- WordPress development agencies to offer Maintenance plans (recurring revenue)

- Web Influencers / Content creators to offer their own web dev services package as part of their higher tier.

Depending on your business model, Pro Services can help you reduce the cost of acquiring new customers as well.
