Seriously disgusted as a loyal customer, as a woman & as an Indian who loves the values of Indian culture.
Mr. Campbell, you need to see this. I Seriously doubt that such behavior from your staff can help your vision of making @airindia a carrier of international repute!

my last complaint regarding Hyderabad staff 1.5 months back was also not read. There was a tweet then also. Still @airindia doesn't give 2 cents worth importance to this.
But this time @airindia ground staff has stooped so low!

Yet, I was publicly humiliated for a second time in 2 months by @airindia ground staff at Hyderabad
I also requested to know the provision to file an official complaint against this incident, to the ground staff & later with the cabin crew.

But no one was willing to let me know the procedure. I was told i can fill the link which comes after every flight. Which I do fill & well let me tell you. I am from Market research field & I know very well the real purpose of those surveys & can say with certainty that

have less rights than others. So that If I am travelling alone, which i do 95% of times, i should take any other airlines or be ready to be insulted my male @airindia ground staff. That it is a crime for a single woman to travel via airindia.

That it doesn't matter if I pay more or same as other travellers, I will be humiliated as if @airindia is flying me on charity.
Even some other female passengers stopped there at boarding gate in my support.

I was flying on flight AI2559 today & your male ground staff made gender discriminatory remarks at me. His exact words 'men are allowed to take a laptop bag & a carry on suitcase but not me as a woman because I am carrying a 200 gm sling purse with me'.

When i pointed that other people are also taking 3,4 even 5 bags. He said they are family people & he can't stop them. So @airinidia you need to start writing on your app & webpage that single female when travelling with your airlines, especially from Hyderabad
