@excitel_rocks I've been experiencing unstable connection and high ping issues since February of 2026. I've raised tickets multiple times and you've provided me no solution. Everytime I call I've been told that the matter is highlighted and I'll get a call from the concerned team

@excitel_rocks @TRAI @Department_CMT Customer care kept saying that multiple users are facing this issue but I faced no issues at all when I tried connecting to other Excitel users in my area and in different area as well. Their connection is working fine. Kindly do something at least. At least change my router.

To my new ticket the ticket number is 77389481 , it's already been more than 10 days yet I haven't received a single call from you and the issue is still there. I've been denied that my router won't be replaced. I've been denied technical support.
