@first_sausage Are they getting counseled by NCOs who can meet the standards? I had a surprise PT test one day. Passed Army standard but not "platoon standard," then missed chow because I had to ruck to a class on the other side of post in the rain. NCO who couldn't meet 60% recommended UCMJ.
