Doug Ford closed Queen’s Park for 5 months, THEN promised committees would keep working.
So why did I drive in from Niagara Falls to do the work, only for his PCs to fight like hell to cancel summer meetings?
Is there a promise Ford won’t break? #onpoli
It is good to see prominent figures coming forward. Ford should have consulted every step of the way but he didn't. The airport is not the problem. It is the symptom of a failure of a Premier. Ford refuses to be accountable and he is wasting billions.

Rohit Gupta, @PaulCalandra personal friend & supervisor at the TDSB refused to anwser questions from parents on the budget, drastic cuts to staff & valuable programs. Let's NOT forget he has NO education experience but was a failed Metrolinx employee who was fired.
Two of my media pals commented to me today about all the hate they see me getting online. I told them that as woman who’s standing up against corruption and fascism it’s sadly par for the course. No one is safer being silent. We all must raise our voices to fight for democracy 🇨🇦
This week, Bill C-16 passed. But there were 40 MP’s that voted no. Every single one of them are Conservative MP’s. Including Durham MP Jamil Jivani.
The bill includes measures to strengthen protections for women and children, including recognizing femicide as first-degree murder in certain circumstances, creating a coercive control offence, and increasing penalties for child predators.
Yet 40 Conservative MPs voted NO.
Can someone explain why?
Conservatives routinely criticize crime, “catch and release” justice, and weak penalties for offenders. So why vote against legislation that strengthens protections for victims, women, and children?
I’m especially interested in hearing from Jamil Jivani, who is currently touring the country speaking about men’s health and well-being. Protecting women from violence and protecting children from predators should be something all parties can support.
The bill passed. But constituents deserve to know why their MP voted against it.
I am a signatory to this letter.
Open, fully informed and unbiased public hearings are required, supported by due diligence and meaningful analysis.
The public cannot be expected to provide informed feedback when neither the proposal nor its impacts have been properly presented.
Forgive us for being suspicious, but all we have so far is a process the Province deliberately rushed into place to cut Torontonians out, and a federal consultation process built around a survey that reflects neither the complexity of the issue nor the information needed to properly evaluate it.
Yes @rcmpgrcpolice where's the report, we need to know where we stand in all this, some many scandals for this corrupt government & Premier

$200 million for a parking garage.
$200 million for a PARKING garage.
$200 million for a PARKING garage?
$200 million for a PARKING GARAGE?!? 🤯
What are we even doing here, people?
Of course the influencers and bot farms are also melting down about the 🇨🇦 governments plan to make food more affordable and help fund infrastructure for small local independent grocers, farmers and food processors.
What kind of unpatriotic despicable sub human filth does that?
The current prime rate in Canada is 4.45% while in the US of A it’s 6.75%.
Canada had a trade surplus in April of $2.72 billion while the US of A had a trade deficit of $55.9 billion. (Which Trump proudly posted about).
I think Canada will be fine.
