After spending $3.7k on an @LGUS OLED TV+Soundbar in Nov-21, they still do not work properly together over the HDMI ARC channel. Even after LG repair visits. I personally cannot recommend LG TV’s to anyone.

@I_AM_DanKent I feel your pain, Dan. I spent $3.7k on an @lgus OLED tv and soundbar and they never worked properly over the ARC channel. Sucks when companies don’t care about their customers.

@LGUS Perhaps @LGUS should have some rules on ethical behavior. You sold me an LG TV whose HDMI ARC channel doesn’t work with an LG Soundbar and you have completely given up on making it right. You are in the wrong here, not me.

If you’re considering a new @LGUS OLED tv, consider my experience. $3.7k spent on a LG TV+Soundbar and after multiple attempts by LG repairman, the LG TV’s HDMI ARC channel never worked correctly. I cannot recommend LG TV to anyone.
