@IanSJohnston If that is 2 core 20AWG with a braid screen, I think have a fair bit of that on a drum. Used for avionics. Tucked away in a cupboard I think. Not used it for ages.
@fesshole At a funeral service a friend told me at the end of a eulogy the speaker paused, then said “his contribution to the home office and security of the nation will never be known in our lifetime”. Then left. Much discussion over that followed.
Dear @Microsoft365@Microsoft how for the love of god can you permanently disable the popup “copilot chat” in office apps. Your help links to a setting to untick, which isn’t there.
It’s like Mr Clippy all over again.
Just want to turn it all off.
Permanently.

@eevblog@JaycarAU Good you have physical stores you can visit for stuff. I have a 70 drive to a trade counter from Cambridge in the UK. Assuming they have any stock.
@eevblog I was told masts “breathe”, as the number of users per mast increases they area covered reduces to manage the load. This tries to hand off users to other masts. Guess your local area has high usage at the moment.
Well the latest Fusion 360 update is a train wreck. Anything I edit, I crashes. Naturally, you can't go back to an older version, as it blocks you from opening files.
Magic.
@IanSJohnston@eevblog Apart from trips to London to visit a client or a site, trains don’t really factor in my business travel. For be fair though, my commute is ~30s from house to office. Faster if it’s raining.
@oz1lqo@DanielBogdanoff I’m afraid you need to part with two organs. One for the scope. The other for the software options. The functionality is in there already, just locked behind a paywall.
