Remember when @amazon cared and had customer service reps who wanted to help? @AmazonHelp has been useless. No one calls back, no one documents conversations and accounts get stolen. Very sad!

@AmazonHelp They have not assisted AT ALL! They typically get frustrated and disconnect. They tell us someone will call us back, and they never do! No idea what else to do. I would be happy to provide my phone number to have someone with real authority to call us
