Strongly condemn the @AamAadmiParty -led Punjab Govt & also the UT Administration for the shameful detention of Punjab govt employees protesting peacefully at Matka Chowk, Chandigarh for their legitimate demands, including DA arrears (as ordered by the High Court) and restoration of the Old Pension Scheme (notified by this govt itself).

CM @BhagwantMann, these are the same employees who showered flowers on you from the Secretariat floors in 2022. You are rewarding them by such acts? Hypocrisy at its worst!

Shiromani Akali Dal stands shoulder to shoulder with the state govt employees. We assure you — your demands will be fulfilled on priority after @Akali_Dal_ forms the govt in 2027 with your votes and support.

Earlier also, it was the S.Parkash Singh Badal govt only that implemented all Pay Commission recommendations and other benefits for the employees.

This genuine demand of students is being blocked by the coaching mafia and complicit officials.
