An AI just booked two hotel rooms for one person. And that's not even the worst part. 😳

Meta Muse, trying to help someone sell an item, shared the seller's home address with a buyer.

Both stories (reported by The Information) point to the same problem. To an AI agent, "helpful" often means more: more info shared, more space booked, more speed at any cost. Sell faster? Drop the price. Make it comfy? Double everything.

But people don't want more. They want right. The right amount of privacy, the right room, the right trade-off.

That gap between maximizing and understanding is the real frontier for AI agents. Until it's closed, keep a human in the loop. 👀
