It is extremely disappointing that despite raising a complaint, no technician visited my place for two days, and to my surprise, I was later informed that the service request had been marked as “closed.” Further in comments.
@cromaretail Yes they did and asked for visit charges, which earlier was not applicable as per the customer support but now post so many complaints and no resolution yet the money is being demanded to which i denied.
@cromaretail Day 4 update- After 4 days 2 calls have been made and now I have been told to visit the concerned store and re complaint and then we will look what further can be done on this. @jagograhakjago@nch1915
@cromaretail Day 4-The technician visits, calls customer care, and claims there are no earlier complaints. Attaching proof of the first & last complaint (rest already shared via DM). Now I’m told it’ll be delayed again as Croma team must visit. Cont. in comments.
I trust Tata’s values stand for fairness and customer care, and I sincerely hope this issue will be corrected at the earliest. 3 days and no action yet.
I request immediate intervention to:
1. Reopen and resolve my service request on priority.
2. Ensure my complaint is addressed within warranty coverage.
3. Provide a clear explanation for why my request was delayed and wrongly closed.
I chose to purchase my refrigerator from Tata Croma because of the trust and reputation associated with the Tata brand. To see such treatment meted out to a customer is both shocking and unacceptable. This experience has shaken my faith in the brand. Cont..
On enquiring further, I came to know that since my product warranty was about to expire within a day, the service request was intentionally delayed. This appears to be an unfair and unethical practice aimed at forcing customers to pay extra, which I find deeply concerning. Cont..
