For the last 3–4 days, I have repeatedly received messages saying that my order will be delivered by 11 PM. However, every day the delivery is pushed to the next day, and eventually the status is marked as Undelivered.

After I raised a return request, the delivery executive collected the item from my flat. However, after collecting it, he left the same parcel on the floor below—whether accidentally or intentionally.

But item toh hamare pass hi hai , apka delivery boy item lekar gaya aur niche wale pe floor pe chod ke chala gaya. Kindly understand the situation.
