I might catch some grief but oh well. I have lived 64 years with the knowledge that Russia and other countries had nuclear weapons. The Cold War ended and life kept rolling along. Why is it our job to dictate who has them and who doesn’t? Department of defense turned to the department of war. Why? Because we can’t stop starting them? Families today have their own war to worry over. The war of survival of their children and themselves. Whether to buy food or buy clothes for their children. Do we eat or fill the car with gas? Can we pay it rent/mortgage or will we be homeless? Let’s not worry about all that though let’s give the DOD 1.5 trillion dollars
