If customers are paying extra for seat delivery, the order should actually be delivered to the seat. Need proper justification and resolution for this.

Paid ₹820 for a food order through bookmyshow, worth ₹780 because of “convenience fees” for screen delivery. But during the interval, I still had to go collect the order myself from the counter.

Not 48 hours. Not 72 hours. It’s been 2 weeks with zero resolution.
