Got a worst experience from customer support and my x stream services installation not completed even after 16 days. Due to which now I am rid off my DTH services from Airtel as well Wifi. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia They don't care about their customers and their issues

@airtelindia @airtelindia Worst customer service I ever faced in my life. Even over Twitter too they promised fake commitment and My payment₹500 also wasted which I never mind however the main part is Time which they consumed for approx 10 days and Wasted my time over the call

Hi, My request still in pending even 8 days has been gone and Airtel customers support also unhelpful and hung up the call. Now we are at this situation that all our services need to be cancel with Airtel, so frustrating. account-20022563450
