The @Uppolice has released over 60k constable vacancies, out of which 40k are reserved.

Wait, there's reservation in age limits as well. A general male candidate must be between 18-22, while reserved candidates can be up to 31.

This doesn't make any logical sense. With most seats already reserved, why impose stringent age limits on general candidates? Will a general candidate suddenly become unfit after 22 while the reserved ones stay fit and active until 31?

The worst part is that these vacancies have been released after 5 years. This means that general males, who were underage during the last recruitment in 2018, will now become overage in this recruitment in 2023 without even having had one opportunity.

This is extremely unfair @myogiadityanath. The system is already skewed against them. Age relaxation should be provided, specially because many of them have become ineligible without getting even one chance for bharti.

Compassion fatigue is a psychological concept where people become desensitized due to repeated exposure to distressing events, leading to a decline in their emotional response.

An example is our reaction to the deaths of our soldiers. Every few days, we receive news of their sacrifice, yet it hardly generate proportionate anger/outrage.

Compassion fatigue doesn't imply that people care less; it's simply a coping mechanism to overcome the sense of anger and helplessness.

Feeling the same since yesterday. Something needs to be done. Combat zone soldiers of the 5th largest economy in the world deserve the best weaponry, best combat vehicles, best body armor, best logistics, and the best military technology. Any life that can be saved with the flow of money should be saved.

मैं दरभंगा की हूं. हमारे यहां जिसके परिवार में थोड़ी भी गुंजाइश हो, वो अपने बच्चों को बिहार के बाहर भेज देते हैं. उनसे कम गुंजाइश वाले बच्चे को पटना भेजते हैं. उनसे भी कम आर्थिक क्षमता वाले स्कूल के बाद बच्चे को दरभंगा शहर भेजते हैं.

सरकारी परीक्षाओं मे देरी, नियुक्ति में देरी, पेपर लीक होना जैसे अनगिनत ख़ामियाँ सिर्फ़ इसीलिए जारी हैं क्यूँकि इसे सुधारने की सही मंशा है ही नही, अगर हो तो आज के तकनीकी जगत में इन समस्याओं से तुरंत निपटा जा सकता है, और ये बहुत दुखद है की करोड़ों बच्चों के दर्द को कोई नही सुनता
