I booked Premium Economy Delhi-Dubai-Delhi (PNR: DLSC8F), but during check-in, @airindia cancelled my pre-allocated seat & forced me to pay ₹3,300 for a new one. They blocked my original seat online, yet it flew EMPTY!

@makemytripcare 3C remained vacant through the flight. I know because I traveled on 3A. During web check in, Airline can only cancel my seat if I selected and paid for a different seat. That did not happen.

@ByragoniGoud @airindia Absolutely agree. I was awarded a free upgrade voucher, with limited validity. Every time I wanted an upgrade, they said cabin was full, which I doubt. When voucher was about to expire, I was to fly 3 days after and requested them to extend, they refused. That's loyalty for you.

Foreigners cleaning Gurugram, not the staged ‘cleanliness drives’ like politicians who throw papers and then broom them before hundreds of cameras, but actual cleaning of filth.

Still the shameless public that litters without thought and the useless administration paid to clean will feel no embarrassment.

At best, they’ll stage a cleanliness drive for a few days around the localities where foreigners stay, just enough for the viral video to fade, before slipping back into their comfort zone.
