CREDIT CARDS. They charged me WRONGLY HALF A YEAR after my Blr and VTZ lounge visit due to a “TECHNICAL ISSUE”. Lounge services confirmed that NO such guest visit was there in their records. To top it, they charged me guest visit fees wrongly TWICE

Being charged for a guest visit north of 6000 while alone is something I'm experiencing for the first time. Every time I call, they extend the support time by 5 days repeatedly. 6000 may mean nothing to you but it is a big amount for ordinary people like us.
