Another day another disappointment @HWAHomeWarranty. Wish someone one could be honest and really tell me what is going on. 43 days with out heat and counting.

@HWAHomeWarranty - you need to do a better job vetting your service providers. Have been No show no call 4 times for service on my furnace. 6 weeks no heat. told by your own rep you had complaints with provider, but hey Who needs heat in Ohio during the winter.

Don’t waste your money with an @HWAHomeWarranty. No heat now for 6 weeks. Not wiling to help with excessive electric bill due to running space heaters to keep house livable. Customer service just as awful. Yelled at and told I don’t have time wait for you and was hung up on.
