@GeisingerHealth Do better. The amount of people (schedulers, PAs, check ins, etc) that DO NOT check to see what gender a patient is and just ASSUMES is mind boggling. Look at the patients information before speaking, it really isn’t that hard.

12 weeks home with my sweet, crazy girls has come to an end. I am thankful for every day I was home with them and wish it could be more. Tomorrow, I am back to the working mama grind…and my heart is not okay! 💜 @dylanhine

@Delta I have been emailing since June after a claim was filed for a damaged stroller. I received one email asking for more info, which I responded to in August. I have also called. The Case Manager has not responded at all. Someone needs to get this figured out and respond!

All couches sold to parents should sit directly on the floor…no legs. The amount of toys/books/snacks that make it under our couch is mind blowing…yet we seem to have a ton of toys you can still step on everywhere else 🥴🥴
