@sony_india It is further informed that your Karnataka service Head is talking very rudely when I contact him for my case status. I feel he also involved in the fraud.

@sony_india @jagograhakjago I am trying to file a case in consumer court at Dharwad on the company and it's team including Karnataka service Head and Branch Service Head,Hubli with compensation and on cost.

@sony_india @jagograhakjago Even after my several requests and reminder, the company has not done anything reg fraud done to me by a service Centre at Hubli Karnataka. Sony and it's team have no fear of rule of the law.

The problem is yet to resolve after a long time. The irony is the sony company has closed the service center without solving my problem.

@sony_india Can u do something for customer complaints regarding fraud by one of your service center Impressive Technologies, Hubballi and now closed without solving the case.

@sony_india This has been shared several times through email and by calling customer care 100 times. The only option is left with me going to consumer court and filling a case against the sony company and official Branch Service Head Hubli and Karnataka service head.

@sony_india @jagograhakjago I am a sony customer since18. While visiting a service center Hubli reg tv related queries, I was told to replace my old tv with new and took advance. Even after 4 month neither tv nor money given despite my complain to company and cons. helpline GoI.
