Around this time of year I think of making the turn from 31st onto Michigan Ave. at the Chicago Marathon. The distance sign is 3.1 miles remaining. A 5k. And I always think “I can do a 5k. Even after 23 miles, I can do a 5k.” #teacherlife #MondayMorning

@joey_grabowski What about a game of "I have/Who has" with math problems Ss could do in their head? Problem cards are a short word problem. Answer cards are a full sentence. Could do logic problems, missing information, vocab, etc. as well.

@munson_jo I had hip pain that took many steps to walk out from a sitting position. I started standing during meetings bc it was more bearable. When I quit my job, the pain was gone. Stress manifesting in your body IS REAL.
