@Infosys_GSTN as per GSTR 9C 12(e) ITC Claimed as per 9 is populating from point 6(A2) of GSTR 9 ...so putting figures in point 12(B) of 9C is causing Unrenconciliation as per ITC... as point 6(A2) is after PFY ITC claim...Please see and clarify

Tax audit/Audited ITR -
The request was to extend the date for Audited ITR, and the Hon'ble High Court had also ordered the same. But along with that, the date for Tax Audit was also extended !!!!!!
If the TAR date had to be extended anyway, they could have done it before Diwali so that professionals and taxpayers could at least celebrate Diwali properly. While respecting the department, I request that such decisions be made in a timely and coordinated manner so that adequate benefit of the relief can be obtained.

1. Appeal with CIT/JCIT (Appeals) are pending for more than 3 years. In few cases more than 5 years too.

2. ITR filed in July 2025 are still pending for processing.

3. Refunds are being kept on hold even at ongoing festive season.

4. Worst administration of compliance calendar.

5. No respect towards stakeholders. Only collection-oriented approach.

क्यों कोई Talented या Skilled इंसान रुकना चाहेगा India में?
आख़िर में मिलता है तो सिर्फ़ arrogant treatment।

बड़े गर्व से कहते हैं 4th Largest Economy
और जो लोग Economy चलाते हैं,
उन्हें Keede-Makode जैसा Treatment मिलता है।

धिक्कार है ऐसे Governance पर।

For the past Two hour, the Income Tax portal has not been working.
It is unclear whether the “policymakers” are even aware of this situation, or if they too are being misled by incorrect reports and statistics .

Infosys - ITR utilities couldn't be released

FM : Date extended to 15.09.2025

CA's & Tax Professionals : Portal isn't working, couldn't download AIS, multiple error while login & filling.

FM : Utilities are already released, we had already extended the date to 15.09.2025 when we couldn't release the Utility.

CA's & Tax Professionals: But the portal isn't responding how can we file ITR, we are facing issues. Lakhs of professional manhours are being wasted.

That's how govt is harrassing public and spoon feeding Infosys !!
