@mkainerugaba General, the immediate plan for Kampala is relocate the middle to poor population to outer metropolitan by building low cost houses there and connecting them to city center through trains and large buses. Eg zirobwe, Katosi, Bukerere, Busiika etc then demolish all slums in city
