On 23/02/2023 i received only one product in the packing which have a sticker stating both the products but second one was missing. As soon as i received the pack i called Flipkart customer service and registered my complaint and they ensured that my problem will be solved.

After raising the complaint and long follow-up the showroom has provided me the replacement for my battery that was exchanged during service.

But as checked now the make and model of the replacement battery I'd different with the requirement of TATA Safari

On 20th may I was traveling to Faizabad when I vehicle suddenly stopped, I got the same checked then came to know that my vehicle battery is changed with some other vehicles, I reported the same to Puneet GM Mr. Pramod on 21st May but till date no resolution
