@FORUMTalk supper annoyed and disappointed that you do not have better support on the weekends. Particularly since you randomly shut off debit cards leaving people without access to cash on a Sunday! Get this fixed! You have got to have a way for members to get help 24/7!

So once again our @WhirlpoolCorp @whirlpoolusa water heater has failed. It is a 9yo unit (4/18/16) with a 10yr warranty. And guess who is not going to replace it?? Yep whirlpool! Not sure who is worse whirlpool or the manufacturer @AOSmithHotWater?
