As a customer , I want an option to receive my full 100% refund in my bank rather than a voucher. So pls help.

@airarabiagroup For my flights cancelled by Air Arabia, why you don't provide my refund in bank account, if I don't need credit voucher. Just like how @EmiratesSupport or @EtihadHelp does.

@flyspicejet Hello dear,

Flight SG5506 is not showing available for 12th march. However SG6 is shown as available. The dep. time, origin, destination are exactly same. So pls answer my question that if I book for SG6 will it be considered as booking for SG5506 ? @d_mittal73 @IndembAbuDhabi
