@eAndUAE You introduced a chat bot service as support which can't even understand simple requests while claimed it's fully trained to handle anything! How can you just discontinue customer service leaving us completely at the disposal of an incompetent chatbot?
Dear @ICC,
It is with a heavy heart that we now announce our unavailability to replace Pakistan in the upcoming T20 World Cup. Regardless of whether they now withdraw, the short timescales ensure it is impossible for our squad to prepare in the professional manner necessary to compete effectively in this global cricketing spectacle. We are not like Scotland and able to turn up on a whim, with no kit sponsor.
Our players are from all walks of life and cannot simply drop their occupations to fly halfway around the world to experience temperatures only normally felt in Finnish saunas. Our captain, a professional baker, needs to attend to his oven, our ship captain needs to steer his vessel, and our bankers need to go bankrupt (again). This is the harsh reality of cricket at the amateur level of the game.
This news will be extremely disappointing to our fans. Despite being the most peaceful nation on Earth, we maintain an army of online followers, and are the world's 14th most followed national board on X. We were ready to give the Dutch the biggest shock they have experienced since William of Orange lost the Battle of Landen in 1693. And the Americans were looking forward to taking on Greenland, or so their orange-dyed leader thought.
Our loss is likely Uganda's gain. We wish them well. Their kits cannot be missed unless you have epilepsy, in which case they are probably best avoided.
The future is always ice, until it isn't.
Yours sincerely,
Icelandic Cricket Association

As you get ready to graduate from tennis, Iโve got a few things to share before I maybe get emotional.
ย
Letโs start with the obvious: you beat meโa lot. More than I managed to beat you. You challenged me in ways no one else could. On clay, it felt like I was stepping into your backyard, and you made me work harder than I ever thought I could just to hold my ground. You made me reimagine my gameโeven going so far as to change the size of my racquet head, hoping for any edge.
ย
Iโm not a very superstitious person, but you took it to the next level. Your whole process. All those rituals. Assembling your water bottles like toy soldiers in formation, fixing your hair, adjusting your underwear... All of it with the highest intensity. Secretly, I kind of loved the whole thing. Because it was so uniqueโit was so you.
ย
And you know what, Rafa, you made me enjoy the game even more.ย
ย
OK, maybe not at first. After the 2004 Australian Open, I achieved the #1 ranking for the first time. I thought I was on top of the world. And I wasโuntil two months later, when you walked on the court in Miami in your red sleeveless shirt, showing off those biceps, and you beat me convincingly. All that buzz Iโd been hearing about youโabout this amazing young player from Mallorca, a generational talent, probably going to win a major somedayโit wasnโt just hype.
ย
We were both at the start of our journey and itโs one we ended up taking together. Twenty years later, Rafa, I have to say: What an incredible run youโve had. Including 14 French Opensโhistoric! You made Spain proud... you made the whole tennis world proud.
ย
I keep thinking about the memories weโve shared. Promoting the sport together. Playing that match on half-grass, half-clay. Breaking the all-time attendance record by playing in front of more than 50,000 fans in Cape Town, South Africa. Always cracking each other up. Wearing each other out on the court and then, sometimes, almost literally having to hold each other up during trophy ceremonies.
ย
Iโm still grateful you invited me to Mallorca to help launch the Rafa Nadal Academy in 2016. Actually, I kind of invited myself. I knew you were too polite to insist on me being there, but I didnโt want to miss it. You have always been a role model for kids around the world, and Mirka and I are so glad that our children have all trained at your academies. They had a blast and learned so muchโlike thousands of other young players. Although I always worried my kids would come home playing tennis as lefties.
ย
And then there was Londonโthe Laver Cup in 2022. My final match. It meant everything to me that you were there by my sideโnot as my rival but as my doubles partner. Sharing the court with you that night, and sharing those tears, will forever be one of the most special moments of my career.
ย
Rafa, I know youโre focused on the last stretch of your epic career. We will talk when itโs done. For now, I just want to congratulate your family and team, who all played a massive role in your success. And I want you to know that your old friend is always cheering for you, and will be cheering just as loud for everything you do next.
ย
Rafa that!
ย
Best always, your fan, โจ
Roger
I donโt really do endorsements. Iโm not shy about sharing my views, but I hate politics and donโt trust most politicians.
I also understand that people want to hear from me because I am not just a celebrity, I am a former Republican Governor.
My time as Governor taught me to love policy and ignore politics. Iโm proud of the work I did to help clean up our air, create jobs, balance the budget, make the biggest infrastructure investment in state history, and take power from the politicians and give it back to the people when it comes to our redistricting process and our primaries in California.
Thatโs policy. It requires working with the other side, not insulting them to win your next election, and I know it isnโt sexy to most people, but I love it when I can help make peopleโs lives better with policies, like I still do through my institute at USC, where we fight for clean air and stripping the power from the politicians who rig the system against the people.
Let me be honest with you: I donโt like either party right now. My Republicans have forgotten the beauty of the free market, driven up deficits, and rejected election results. Democrats arenโt any better at dealing with deficits, and I worry about their local policies hurting our cities with increased crime.
It is probably not a surprise that I hate politics more than ever, which, if you are a normal person who isnโt addicted to this crap, you probably understand.
I want to tune out.
But I canโt. Because rejecting the results of an election is as un-American as it gets. To someone like me who talks to people all over the world and still knows America is the shining city on a hill, calling America is a trash can for the world is so unpatriotic, it makes me furious.
And I will always be an American before I am a Republican.
Thatโs why, this week, I am voting for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz.
Iโm sharing it with all of you because I think there are a lot of you who feel like I do. You donโt recognize our country. And you are right to be furious.
For decades, weโve talked about the national debt. For decades, weโve talked about comprehensive immigration reform that secures the border while fixing our broken immigration system. And Washington does nothing.
The problems just keep rolling, and we all keep getting angrier, because the only people that benefit from problems arenโt you, the people. The only people that benefit from this crap are the politicians who prefer having talking points to win elections to the public service that will make Americansโ lives better.
It is a just game to them. But it is life for my fellow Americans. We should be pissed!
But a candidate who wonโt respect your vote unless it is for him, a candidate who will send his followers to storm the Capitol while he watches with a Diet Coke, a candidate who has shown no ability to work to pass any policy besides a tax cut that helped his donors and other rich people like me but helped no one else else, a candidate who thinks Americans who disagree with him are the bigger enemies than China, Russia, or North Korea - that wonโt solve our problems.
It will just be four more years of bullshit with no results that makes us angrier and angrier, more divided, and more hateful.
We need to close the door on this chapter of American history, and I know that former President Trump wonโt do that. He will divide, he will insult, he will find new ways to be more un-American than he already has been, and we, the people, will get nothing but more anger.
Thatโs enough reason for me to share my vote with all of you. I want to move forward as a country, and even though I have plenty of disagreements with their platform, I think the only way to do that is with Harris and Walz.
Vote this week. Turn the page and put this junk behind us.
And even if you disagree with me, vote, because thatโs what we do as Americans. https://t.co/eHFZ723I4H
