Aligned with the vision of National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 to foster holistic, experiential and value-based education, the 75th year of the adoption of the Indian Constitution is being celebrated through a series of year-long activities in schools across the nation. These activities are designed to instill constitutional awareness, democratic values and civic responsibilities among students while encouraging creativity and critical thinking.

The initiative provides various platforms for students to engage deeply with the Constitution and its creators, including reading the Preamble during morning assemblies, interactive webinars, storytelling sessions, role plays, wall art, debates and cultural programmes. Community awareness activities like rallies, street plays and human chains will further emphasize the ideals of unity, equality and justice. The objective of the program is to connect young minds with the vision of the Constitution and the democratic ethos of the nation.

Enrollment of student from 34,365 in 2013-14 has been increased to 1.33 lakh in 2024-25. From 123 functional school in 2013-14 has been increased to 476 in 2024-25. Total 715 EMRS school has been sanctioned.

@TribalAffairsIn needs to be pulled up for such a major failure to function.
