According to the Ministry of Law & Justice (PIB Delhi), the Constitution of India has been amended only 8 times in the last 12 years.

Important Constitutional Amendments:
🔹 99th Amendment (2014): National Judicial Appointments Commission (NJAC) for judicial appointments.
🔹 100th Amendment (2015): India–Bangladesh Land Boundary Agreement.
🔹 101st Amendment (2016): Introduced the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
🔹 102nd Amendment (2018): Granted constitutional status to the National Commission for Backward Classes (NCBC).
🔹 103rd Amendment (2019): Introduced 10% reservation for Economically Weaker Sections (EWS).
🔹 104th Amendment (2019): Extended SC/ST reservation in the Lok Sabha and State Legislative Assemblies till 25 January 2030.
🔹 105th Amendment (2021): Restored the power of States to prepare their own OBC lists.
🔹 106th Amendment (2023): Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam – Provides 33% reservation for women in the Lok Sabha and State Legislative Assemblies.
