Firing a coach that went 15-2 is crazy. Yes there is hindsight, but let’s not act like it was a 2-15 season this year. 9-8 wasn’t good enough for them either so they’re making changes.

Restructuring non-cornerstone players is bad yes. But they can free up a lot with Goff.

Not ready to call a class of rookies busts yet.

As for the cap, a couple of restructures and we’ll be fine. This team has trended towards building up in the draft and let’s hope Holmes gets his groove back.

@dondank69 @PrideOfDetroit It’s become a common theme for people to assume that you need an “offensive mastermind” as your head coach. The reality is, that we had two new players callers (I think Sheppard did a heck of a job with what he had). Dan helped mold Ben into the coach he is.

There’s no good reason why this isn't standardized by now.

@PAPAxC4 No. The system it has now is fine. I just don’t like the idea of a ten year player having skill caps versus a four-five year player having skill caps. Unless the coach abilities were easy to get.

@MillsTwitch Gameplay feels very nice. I don’t feel cheated this year. My mistakes are my mistakes. Can’t cheese the cpu defense with the same OP plays, because they adapt, and when they do it’s a bad time. Has made me appreciate acceleration over speed as well.
