@Tesco I'm trying to get my clubcard number to use the app in store for discounts. I can order a new plastic card but am told to cut down plastic and use the app. I cannot use the app without the clubcard number. I have last 4 digits of plastic one and digital one. Can you help?

@SolihullHP I've been trying to get through on behalf of my 88 year old mum since 8am (now 10.10). I can't even get in the telephone queue. She didn't have the energy to try to get an appointment having felt ill for a week - I'm not surprised.

@SolihullHP my mum has been sent a text message about getting her Covid booster & flu jab but she does not have a smart phone & can therefore not click the link. It is ageist to assume everyone has a smartphone. Many older people do not. How can I help her book her jabs?
