@lenoxhill@NorthwellHealth I am extremely disappointed in how you treat people who come in for Covid testing. I took a taxi from the Bx to 77th Street just to be told testing ends at 1pm not 8pm like your system says when people call. A waste of time & money. #COVID19#testing

1 Hour I’ve been on the phone with customer service @UPSHelp and still nothing. They’re not even looking for my box. I’ve been here at the Bx facility for 90 minutes. #UPSsucks

I’m extremely disappointed with @UPS. 2 days I stayed home waiting for my package & excuse after excuse on why I didn’t get it. They told me it couldn’t be delivered tomorrow. Now, I have to stand on a line with a 45 minute wait because @UPS doesn’t value their customers.
