@hulu_support first Browns Playoff game in 18 years and of course Hulu is having technical difficulties. Why do I pay more than cable for this crap? NBC, zip code 43056 on google chromecast with google tv. Please fix ASAP!!!!

@hulu Hey Hulu if you're going to keep raising prices and cost MORE than cable then I need to be able to record shows and sports and be able to fast forward through commercials. Ridiculous

People with cable don't have a problem because their alternate Fox Sports channel is showing Blue Jackets but we're stuck watching poker, but Hulu is blaming the channel? LOL. Thanks for nothing Hulu. Back to cable

@hulu_support @LilyanSosa Not having to click 7 times to view last channel watched would be a start. The last channel function is a basic function that has been around since the invention of the tv remote. Don't advertise watching live sports on Hulu until you have this fixed.

@hulu_support Thanks for the response. I do not have that add on but how come I can fast forward though commercials of other shows I record? I'm already paying almost as much as cable for this service and it is getting harder and harder to justify not just going with cable

@hulu_support I don't understand how someone could program this new guide and think it was somehow better and how it passed any kind of testing and approval. I have to push 3 buttons to change a channel? 8 clicks if I want to go to the last channel. Who thought this was good or functional?

@hulu_support Thanks. It's pretty bad. I have to push down, then over, then select recents, then back over, then I have to push ok not once but twice to watch the channel. I mean this is something that can be done with one button on cable. I like to flip between games quickly

@hulu_support is there an easy way to go back to the last channel watched on the Amazon fire TV app? I used to be able to press down and the guide would be on recent channels but this new guide is a mess

@hulu_support add me to the list of people getting very frustrated with Hulu live service on Amazon fire TV. It has been consistently getting worse with each update for the past month.

@hulu_support I don't know what you guys did on the last app update for the Fire TV app but every channel I turn to live will play 2 minutes and then has to buffer for 2 minutes. Once it does this initial buffer then its usually good. Never used to do this
