@feyereisen63002@Tesla It happens even right after the car is washed. And when I turn the wipers off, it turns itself back on to Auto. The DEALER says Tesla has tried to fix this and hasn’t figured out how.
@Tesla Wish it could finally stop my Model3’s windshield wipers from going on for no reason. Can’t switch wipers to Off either to solve it, it defaults back to Auto. Dealer says it’s a common problem and Tesla hasn’t come up with a fix…
GOSSIP MACHINES
I suppose it was inevitable... Now that "the news" is essentially a 24/7 gossip machine in which the day's actual news is presented in five minutes and then "panels" argue from morning to night about what they've heard while the network prints money from commercials inserted ad nauseum about actual nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea, what seemingly had to follow was the man in the street (or his mother's basement...) wanting to get in on the profit act.
Thus speaks the online "prediction" markets, in which money can also be made by the citizenry on the day's gossip.
It's all a never ending loop in which Andy Warhol's proclamation about 15 minutes of fame is proven to have been the most brilliant philosophical statement of our time and which is now giving birth to an artificial intelligence which will soon turn all of the gossiping humanity into what it deserves to be: completely irrelevant in the evolution of life on the planet in the 21st century.

Bitcoin may make one final low in its current correction around 59,300. But if it does, that should play this declining price pattern out, at which time I'd look for the pendulum to start its swing back up the long hill into FOMO territory.
#bitcoin
and of course the one aphorism that never seems to disappear, but still holds onto its reputation as "the four most dangerous words in investing" -- "this time is different."
As I've written many times over the years, the peak danger in this last pronouncement does not come when it is first uttered, but rather when it actually seems -- and feels -- true. Like it does now about Bitcoin.
#bitcoin
Bitcoin is dead. Bitcoin is useless. Bitcoin is a scam. Bitcoin is going to zero. These are things heard at the bottoms of 2014, 2018, 2022, and now in 2026. (Yes, these bottoms are all four years apart, just long enough for the FOMO TO FOBI cycle to play out.

FOMO TO FOBI
It shouldn't come as a shock after being in markets for as long as I have, but I am nevertheless amazed at the recurring phenomenon of investors' short term memory.
We have now swung fully from greed to fear, in the stock market and in particular in crypto. Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO) has given way to Fear Of Being In (FOBI).
#fomo_to_fobi #bitcoin
And speaking of TEOTWAWKI, while the Fear Of Being In (FOBI) crowd (TM) is of course talking about "The Great Crash of 2025" and Bitcoin 10,000, it looks like BTC may have put in another Thanksgiving bottom. #Bitcoin#FOBI
Also, as sentiment is overflowing with "reasons" why TEOTWAWKI may be at hand, the S&P is putting in what has the potential to be a beautiful bottoming pattern right near its 50-day MA. If this plays out, we could see a measured move toward 7200 in the New Year.
"The news" still doesn't get that during Options Expiration weeks, the bulk of the work and any accompanying price volatility happens mid-week on Tuesday and Wednesday. This week was classic, with prices being pinned to round numbers on the S&P in both directions up and down, and the "reasons" being curve fitted by the hour to "explain" what was going on, until Friday when "the news" finally got around to mentioning it was Triple Witching and the market was basically done with what it needed to do. #SPX #optionsexpiration #stocks
