@VirginiaDMV Except when your disabled mom can't take the pic to renew her ID & the only option is to come back 'til "the system" accepts a pic...Oh & "no one" can manually override. We have to do better for our senior citizens #disabled #dementia #elderly @MedicareGov @alzassociation @AARP
