@MrsAPursley@bcsdschools@MrsTroutmanSC I can’t believe I managed to meet your sister! You are so kind—and I can see that, between the two of you, greatness runs in the family!!!
Great first day repping @bcsdschools at our #scteachers Conference here in Myrtle Beach. Got to listen to some inspiring speakers, including our National Teacher of the year, and I am so excited for tomorrow’s day of pd & collaboration! #itsthelittlethings
Thanks to some local shopping and the support of Morris Mercantile, I was able to pull off a miracle and create three different baskets for the @cerrasc silent auction this week! Can’t wait to connect with other educators soon! #scteachers#itsthesmallthings
Finished prepping all of my sub plans for my time away from campus this week. Can’t wait to connect with teachers from all over SC! #scteachers#itsthesmallthings

@JakeMillerEdu@teacher2teacher Thank you! I knew you’d have the winning answer! I have similar thoughts, but I wanted to explore options before the PD pres. Thanks as always for your insight!
Hey #teachertwitter! Looking for tools to capture T thinking (like padlet) without providing 4-5 versions of digital sticky notes or white boards. Any suggestions? @teacher2teacher@JakeMillerEdu
@AbbyManzella check out When She Woke by Hillary Jordan. A haunting reimagining of The Scarlet Letter that is evocative of the devastation of Atwood’s The Handmaid’s Tale.
I'm looking for novel "retellings" by women of earlier creative works. For example: Jane Smiley's *The Thousand Acres* as a rewriting of *King Lear* or Jean Rhys's *Wide Sargasso Sea* as a rewrite of *Jane Eyre*. What other reimaginings do you know that are worth a read?
