@RoyalBank I have just received an email stating that, following the @bankofengland decision to cut interest rates, the rates on my savings accounts are to be cut. Why am I not receiving an email to say the rates on my credit card are also being cut?

@dpd_care So apparently my wife has to pay for a phone that was returned because as far as @dpd_care are concerned, the parcel was delivered. Shocking from dpd
@DPDCare@O2 thanks to a dodgy delivery driver, and a mix up with packages, my wife is having to pay about £1k for a phone that should have been returned. I have CCTV evidence of said driver returning to his van with the package. What are you going to do to help?
@O2 Unfortunately, it appears the order has been taken by the delivery driver rather than him returning it. Yes it is under my wife's name and I have CCTV footage showing the driver returning to his van with the package in his hand.
