Again, I have raised two complaints, but there is still no resolution. Your team keeps asking for the same documents which I have already submitted. Someone from Customer Care called and said my documents were insufficient, then the ticket was closed.

@RBLBankCares Reference to the discussion over the call with the social media team and customer care, I was informed that the DD copy would be collected internally from the Vasant Kunj branch and my refund request would be processed. However, it is still pending. by when receive the CBR?
